Cancelled

So I say that you should give me 24 hours notice if you have to cancel a lesson - well, who calls tonight at 8:36 the same people that call all the time to reschedule and cancle - I actulally make this person my last lesson of the day just fo that reason but lately they have been coming and picking up the kid 10 minutes late!!!
