Forget the timeshare

So, I have 12 more years before my mortgage is paid off and that is when I retire and start enjoying my life. I'll get a part time job for other bills but I will be retiring from my current job for sure! My kids had better be smart and get scholorships because I'm not working to put them through college!! My parents on the other hand want to move to Florida - I want to retire and enjoy the home I slaved over but if you're going to move to Florida do it right and check out Windermere Real Estate. Dont' do the time sharing nonsence or get roped in or schemed into giving you life savings away for a shack!. And by all means go to Orlando - it's a hop, skip, jump away from Disney!!! The grandkids will be visiting you often grandme and grandpa.

But not only is there disney and theme parks - it is 150 years old with alot of great history. For example, indian wars gun fight, gammbling and cattle rusting happened in Orlando. Did you know that cattle raising was the main source of living and central Florida was more like Dodge City than town in Georgia or even the Carolinas!!

In 1880 the South Florida Railroad extened the line from Sanford and the rest of the nation all the way down into Orlando. This railroad made it possible for the Citrus Industry that makes Florida prosper today - delivering it's famous fruits to the northeast. By the roraing 20's Orlando had generated a population that was then over 10,000 people not to mention the downtown look had changed dramatically with the use of automobiles and tourism. Today there are over 1.5 million people in the Orlando communities and it's still growning. And tourism now brings in over 43.4 million people and that was the year 2000 statistic which made and makes it #1 for tourism and it's main source of industry and a great place for employment opportunities. It is a great place to vacation but also a nice place to raise a family and live in - gated communities, golf course communities, old fashion rural communies with excellent schools
