Rug Burn again!

I am getting a little tired of my husband wrestling with my daughter - she is just so fragile and he is just al ittle too rough for my taste - my daughter loves it so I guess I shouldn't say anything but every once in a shile she will get hurt with a rug burn or something like that and I am the one that has to makeeverything ok - how can you fix a rug burn?
