Itchy

Ok - I don't know if it is because of my water or what not but I have this rash all over me - I just changed laundry detergent but I have used it before this is not the first time that I have used the All Almighty detergent although it is the first time that I have broken out ito a very ichy rash...as most rashes are..very very itchy!
