Stomach

I just feel so ill tonight again I mean my stomach is just tipsy turvy and I just need some tumsor something ya know. I mean it just is not right. I think that I have maybe gerd or something because I need some sort of anti acid for it because it definatley have a sour stomach right now that is for sure.
