Feet

My feet are just really hurting lately - the heels and the balls of my feet are sreally sore - one day I just didn't even want to walk on them because they were so so sore and hurting and rubbing them wouldn't help - they are just hurting and I don't know why I just hope if I stay off of them they will get better.
