Feeling

I m just so overtired I have a sick feeling in the pit of my stomach - I think it is the tomato sauce and meatballs my inlaws made - it is good but there is something in it that just doesn't sit with me quite right and then I had a popcycle tonight - probably shouldn't have done that....here is a great remedy though - peppermint - going to have some peppermint tea!
