Boxing And Anger Management

I've always had trouble with my anger management problems. I would let the little things really start to add up and bother me. Not anymore, however. Now I know that I can control my anger management problems thanks to boxing.
Boxing has been liberating to me. It's great to go to the gym, get a punching bag and take out my anger on that punching bag. I love how I can just beat the punching bag until there is nothing left - and then I walk away feeling relieved.
Boxing is also great just for exercising, as well. I've gained so many muscles while boxing. I'll never have to worry about someone jumping me on the street. Boxing is liberating, and I love how I can be the one in control. If something makes me angry, I can "box it out", and know I feel better. I wouldn't trade my boxing exercise group class for the world.
